This semi automatic wet glue labelling machine is dedicated to label cylindrical bottles (beer bottles for instance) using simple detached paper label by a semi automatic method. This type of labels reduces labelling cost and are easy to remove with water on recycled bottles. This wet glue labelling machine is suitable for beer bottles, cider bottles, apple juice bottles, milk bottles in 33cl, 50cl, 75cl and 1 liter. A printing module is available in order to print a date and a batch or lot number. The recommended glue is a low cost water glue easy to remove with water.
Important Note
It is important to note that a quick manual operation is required on each labeled bottle in order to finish the gluing process (visible on videos). The operation requires operator training and a good machine set up if we want to do it quickly. It is also important to note that a good label gluing depends also on the type of paper and printing (in some cases, some defaults could appears after label drying). Tests are often required.
