Machine presentation and label gluing with milk :
Label gluing with glue :
This open source crank labelling machine is able to glue simple paper labels on cylindrical bottles using a manual crank (no power supply required).
Labels must be placed in the machine one after the other.
It is possible to set up bottle height in order to label differents bottle diameters (see table below).
The glue is milk (not degreased preferably) or Glutofix 600 glue (or standard “paper wall glue”) at very low concentration (2 grams for 500 ml of water). Labelling speed with glue is higher than with milk.
It is possible to set up label height.
Machine reference | ED00.1 |
---|---|
Bottle diameter (min/max) | 46mm / 83mm |
Label height | 135mm max |
Label length | 120mm min |
Height of the label high end | 160mm max |
Height of the label low end | 5mm min |
Most of the parts are 3D printed.
